Spring is approaching and with it the scents and colours of plants in bloom.

March marks the beginning of a very prosperous period for our aromatic herbs, a symbol of the encounter between the green of the Mediterranean maquis and the blue of the sea, a real opportunity to discover Liguria in pots.

Cultivated in the vegetable garden or on the terrace, our little plants are the perfect secret ingredient with their delicate fragrances that have always flavoured our cuisine. Indeed, Ligurian aromatic herbs, thanks to the favourable climate and the influence of the sea and mountains, retain an unmistakable aroma.

The end of winter and the beginning of spring are the best time to plant, harvest and revive parsley. Grow it in a pot, well exposed to the sun and water it only when the soil is dry.
